Quick Summary: We stand behind the value of our coaching. Refunds are available within 72 hours of purchase provided no paid session has taken place. Coaching purchases are a commitment to the process once sessions begin; however, sessions may be paused for up to six months if circumstances arise. All requests are handled personally by Andrea Doggett. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

1 Our Commitment

At Tap Into Success LLC, delivered by coach Andrea Doggett, we are fully committed to providing exceptional coaching experiences. We invest significant time, preparation, and resources into every client relationship.

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled. We ask that you read this policy carefully before purchasing any coaching program or service.

By purchasing a coaching package or service from Tap Into Success LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2 Free Discovery Call

All new clients are invited to book a free 45-minute discovery call with Andrea Doggett before making any purchase. This call is designed to:

  • Understand your goals and challenges
  • Explain our coaching approach and programs
  • Ensure we are a great fit before you commit

There is no charge and no obligation for the discovery call. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this before investing in a coaching package.

3 Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

Clients may request a full refund within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase provided that:

  • No paid coaching session has taken place.
  • The refund request is submitted in writing within 72 hours of the original purchase date.

In the event that Tap Into Success LLC cancels a coaching program or is unable to provide the purchased services, clients will receive a full refund of any unused amounts paid.

Documented medical emergencies or significant life circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Tap Into Success LLC.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted:

  • More than 72 hours after purchase.
  • After a paid coaching session has been completed.
  • For completed coaching sessions or services already delivered.
  • For digital products, downloadable resources, worksheets, assessments, or bonus materials that have been accessed or provided.
  • Due to a change of mind after the refund period has expired.
  • Based solely on a client’s failure to implement coaching recommendations or achieve desired results.
Because all clients are offered a complimentary discovery session before purchasing coaching services, clients have the opportunity to determine whether the coaching relationship is a good fit prior to making an investment.
Please note: Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on each client’s commitment, effort, and implementation. Therefore, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

4 Coaching Commitment & Pause Policy

At Tap Into Success LLC, we are committed to supporting our clients throughout their coaching journey.

Because every client receives a complimentary discovery session before enrolling, all coaching purchases are considered a commitment to the coaching process once services begin.

If a client encounters scheduling challenges, personal obligations, health concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, coaching sessions may be paused for up to six (6) months from the date of the pause request.

During the Pause Period

  • Any unused coaching sessions will remain available.
  • No coaching sessions will be forfeited solely due to an approved pause.
  • Clients must notify Tap Into Success LLC in writing when they are ready to resume coaching.
Sessions not resumed within six (6) months may be considered forfeited unless otherwise approved in writing by Tap Into Success LLC.

In situations where additional support or clarification is needed during a coaching engagement, Andrea Doggett may, at her discretion, extend a coaching session or provide reasonable additional support to help clients make meaningful progress toward their objectives.

No refunds will be issued once a paid coaching session has been completed.

5 Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Here is our cancellation and rescheduling policy for individual sessions:

Client-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule with no penalty. The session will be rescheduled at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: The session may be forfeited (counted as used) unless exceptional circumstances are communicated and approved by Andrea
  • Emergency cancellations: Reviewed case-by-case with compassion — please notify us as soon as possible

Coach-Initiated Cancellations

  • If Andrea must cancel a scheduled session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a reschedule at your earliest convenience
  • There is no penalty to the client for coach-initiated cancellations

6 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide at least 24 hours advance notice:

  • The session will be counted as used and may not be rescheduled without charge
  • In exceptional, documented circumstances, Andrea may choose to reschedule at her discretion
  • Repeated no-shows (2 or more) without notice may result in termination of the coaching agreement without refund for remaining sessions

We respect your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy.

7 Payment Plans

For coaching packages offered with a payment plan option:

  • Payment plan installments are non-refundable once processed for sessions already delivered
  • If you wish to cancel a payment plan mid-program, you must notify us in writing. Future installments will be stopped, but installments already processed for sessions delivered are not eligible for refund
  • If you stop a payment plan without notice, any outstanding balance for services already rendered remains due and may be referred to collections

8 Chargeback Policy

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and quickly.

Initiating a chargeback for services that were legitimately rendered — without first contacting us — may be considered fraudulent and will be disputed with full documentation of services delivered.

Fraudulent chargebacks on services delivered may result in permanent termination of your ability to purchase Tap Into Success LLC services and may be reported to relevant authorities or credit bureaus as permitted by law.

Square and PayPal both have robust dispute resolution processes. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute investigation.

9 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name]”
  2. Include: your full name, date of purchase, order/transaction reference number (from Square or PayPal), and the reason for your request
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
  4. Your request will be reviewed and a decision communicated within 3 business days

All refund requests are handled personally by Andrea Doggett and reviewed with care and fairness.

10 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method:

  • Square payments: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3–5 business days to your PayPal account; additional time may apply for bank transfers

Processing times are controlled by Square and PayPal and may vary. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.
